Always Ready AI provides AI-powered customer messaging services for businesses. We build, host, and maintain AI chatbots that answer customer questions on your behalf via website chat, SMS, Instagram, Facebook, email, and other messaging platforms.
You must provide accurate business information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be 18 or older and authorized to represent your business.
Every plan includes a free 2-week trial. No credit card required. We may limit features during the trial period. We reserve the right to end a trial at any time.
Prices are listed on our website. All payments are processed through Stripe. Monthly payments are charged automatically on the same date each month. If payment fails, we retry after 3 business days. If not received within 14 days, service is paused.
Annual contracts: 12-month commitment at a lower rate with setup fee waived. After 12 months, continues month-to-month at the same rate.
Month-to-month: Higher rate plus $500 one-time setup fee. Cancel with 30 days written notice.
Not satisfied in the first 30 days? Notify us in writing and we refund all payments. After 30 days, the agreement term applies.
You must give us accurate business information including hours, services, pricing, and FAQ. If your info changes, notify us within 7 days so we can update your bot. We are not responsible for incorrect answers caused by outdated information you provided.
We are not a replacement for professional advice. Our bots do not provide medical, legal, financial, or emergency guidance. The bot is a customer service tool, not a licensed professional.
Always Ready AI is not responsible for lost revenue, missed opportunities, or any damages resulting from bot responses, downtime, or technical issues. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim.
All customer data collected by your bot is stored on encrypted servers. Your data is separate from other clients. We do not sell, share, or rent your data. Customer messages are processed through Anthropic's Claude AI API which does not store or train on your data. You own your data and may request an export upon cancellation.
You may not use our service for illegal activity, spam, harassment, collecting data from minors, or any purpose that violates applicable law. We may terminate your account immediately for violations.
We may update these terms with 30 days email notice. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
These terms are governed by the laws of Massachusetts. Disputes will be resolved in Suffolk County courts.
