Our Service

Always Ready AI™ provides AI-powered chat assistants for local businesses. We build, host, and maintain a chat widget that sits on your website and handles customer conversations on your behalf — 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Your Account

You must provide accurate information about your business. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be 18 or older and authorized to represent your business to sign up.

Free Trial

Every plan starts with a free 2-week trial. No credit card required. We set everything up at no cost. If it's not for you, walk away — no charge.

We reserve the right to end or limit a trial at any time.

Payment

Prices are listed on our website and charged automatically each month on the same date. If a payment fails, we retry after 3 business days. If not resolved within 14 days, service is paused until payment is received.

A one-time $497 setup fee applies to all plans. This covers building, training, and deploying your AI assistant.

Cancellation requires 30 days written notice. After notice is received, service continues through the end of your current billing period.

Money-Back Guarantee

Not satisfied in your first 30 days? Contact us in writing and we'll refund everything you paid — no questions, no hassle. After 30 days, standard billing terms apply.

What You Provide

To build your AI assistant, we need accurate information about your business — hours, services, pricing, and policies. If anything changes, let us know within 7 days so we can update your bot. We are not responsible for incorrect responses caused by outdated information you provided.

SMS / Text Messaging

Program name: Always Ready AI™

By providing your phone number during the booking process on a business website powered by Always Ready AI, you consent to receive automated text messages related to your appointment.

  • Message types include: booking confirmations, appointment reminders, review requests, rebooking reminders, and missed call follow-ups
  • Message frequency varies based on your appointment activity, typically 2–5 messages per booking
  • Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier
  • Text STOP to any message to opt out and stop receiving texts immediately
  • Text HELP to any message for support information

What We Are Not

Our service is a customer communication tool — not a licensed professional. The AI assistant does not provide medical, legal, financial, or emergency advice and is not a replacement for professional guidance of any kind.

Liability

Always Ready AI™ is not responsible for lost revenue, missed bookings, missed opportunities, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

  • Responses generated by the AI assistant
  • Service downtime, outages, or technical issues
  • Incorrect information provided to us by the business
  • Customer actions or decisions made based on bot responses
  • Third-party service failures outside our control
  • Unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to secure credentials

Our maximum liability to you under any circumstances is limited to the total amount you paid us in the 30 days immediately before the claim. This limitation applies even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

What to Expect

We take reliability seriously — we run 24/7 monitoring, automated daily backups, and have systems in place to catch and fix issues fast. That said, like any software, occasional downtime or technical hiccups can happen.

We can't guarantee specific business outcomes — how many more bookings you get, how much revenue increases, or how customers respond — because those depend on your business, your customers, and factors outside our control. What we can guarantee is that we'll build it right, keep it running, and fix problems quickly when they come up.

How the AI Works

Your AI assistant is trained on the information you give us — your services, prices, hours, and policies. It's good at answering the questions your customers ask most. But it's not perfect, and it knows that. When it gets a question it can't confidently answer, it tells the customer to reach out to you directly and sends you a notification so no one falls through the cracks.

The most common reason a bot gives a wrong answer is outdated information — if your prices change or you add a new service and don't let us know, the bot won't know either. That's why we ask you to notify us within 7 days of any changes. We're not responsible for responses based on information that's out of date on your end.

Responsibility

We're responsible for building and maintaining your AI assistant and keeping it running reliably. You're responsible for your business — the information you give us, how your customers are treated, and how you operate.

If a claim or dispute arises from your business operations, inaccurate information you provided, or your violation of these terms, that's your responsibility to handle — not ours. We shouldn't be pulled into issues that are outside our control and unrelated to how we built or operated your service.

Third-Party Services

Our platform integrates with third-party services to provide functionality such as calendar booking, email delivery, and payment processing. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or actions of these third-party services. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control — including natural disasters, internet outages, power failures, government actions, or third-party service failures.

Your Data

  • All customer data is stored on encrypted, secure servers
  • Your data is fully isolated — no other client can access it
  • We do not sell, share, or rent your data to third parties
  • You own your data and can request a full export at any time
  • Upon cancellation, data is retained for 30 days then permanently deleted

Acceptable Use

You may not use our service to:

  • Spam, harass, or deceive customers
  • Collect data from anyone under 18
  • Violate any applicable local, state, or federal law
  • Impersonate another business or person
  • Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity of any kind

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account immediately and without notice for any violation. No refund will be issued for termination due to policy violations.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these terms, fail to pay, or engage in activity that we determine to be harmful to our platform, other clients, or their customers. Upon termination, your bot will be taken offline and your data will be deleted within 30 days unless you request an export first.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. You'll receive 30 days' notice by email before material changes take effect. Continued use after that point means you accept the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Suffolk County, Massachusetts. You consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts. If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
