2. How We Use Your Data
- To provide and improve our chatbot service
- To train your AI assistant on your business information
- To generate reports and analytics for you

3. Who Sees Your Data
- You: You see your own business data and your customers' conversations through the client portal
- Always Ready AI team: We access your data only to provide and improve your service
- Anthropic (Claude AI): Customer messages are sent to their API for processing. They do not store or train on this data per their API terms.
- Twilio: SMS messages are transmitted through Twilio for delivery. Encrypted in transit.
- Stripe: Payment processing only. They never see your customer data.
- Meta: If you use Instagram or Facebook messaging, messages pass through Meta's API.
We NEVER sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers or any third party not listed above.
4. Data Security
- All data is encrypted at rest and in transit
- Each client's data is isolated from other clients
- Portal passwords are hashed
- Access is protected by firewall and intrusion detection
- Daily encrypted backups
5. Data Retention
- Active clients: Data stored for the duration of service
- After cancellation: Data retained for 30 days, then permanently deleted unless you request an export
- You may request a full data export at any time
6. Your Rights
