When businesses sign up, we also collect:

• Business name, contact info, and service details — to train your AI assistant
• Calendar access — to check availability and book appointments
• Payment information — processed securely; we never see your full card number

How We Use It

• To answer customer questions and book appointments on your behalf
• To send automated emails — confirmations, reminders, review requests, reports
• To give business owners performance insights through their dashboard
• To process payments and manage your account

We do not sell personal information to anyone, ever.

Sharing

Customer data collected through your widget is shared only with your business. We use trusted infrastructure providers to operate the platform — for scheduling, communications, and security. They are contractually prohibited from using your data for their own purposes.

How Long We Keep It

• Customer conversation data — 12 months from last interaction, then deleted
• Active business accounts — kept for the duration of your subscription
• After cancellation — deleted within 30 days unless you request an export first

Security

All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Each client's data is fully isolated — no other business can see yours. We run 24/7 monitoring and automated daily backups.

In the event of a data breach affecting Massachusetts residents, we will notify affected individuals and the appropriate authorities as required by Massachusetts General Law Chapter 93H within the legally required timeframe.

No security system is perfect. While we take commercially reasonable steps to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security. Always Ready AI™ is not liable for unauthorized access that results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including breaches caused by third-party services, your failure to protect your account credentials, or sophisticated cyberattacks.

Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party infrastructure providers to operate our platform. These providers handle things like calendar scheduling, email delivery, payment processing, and network security. We do not control these services and are not responsible for their actions, failures, or privacy practices. Your data shared with these providers is governed by their own privacy policies.

We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of any third-party links or services referenced through our platform.

Limitation of Liability

Always Ready AI™ is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from data loss, unauthorized access, or any issue related to the collection, storage, or processing of personal data — except where required by applicable law. Our maximum liability for any privacy-related claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Business clients will receive 30 days' notice by email before material changes take effect. The latest version is always at this page. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
